Having worn many hats over two decades at PIMS, David begain his journey in sales and is now CEO. Under his leadership, the company continues to experience significant growth driven by his push for a customer-centric approach, as well as his unwavering commitment to excellence and his vision of offering the best-in-class customized fulfillment solutions on a global scale. David credits his and PIMS’ success to his dedicated team and the love and support of his wife, daughter, and constant tail-wagging dog Chuckie with whom he resides in Connecticut.

Ayla Anaya is President at PIMS, and is responsible for the well-being of the company, and strives to leave a legacy of fairness and accountability. Building on PIMS’ foundation of innovation and flexibility, Ayla excels at optimizing processes and driving strategic initiatives. Her curious mindset allows her to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions for long-term success. Outside of work, Ayla enjoys relaxing with a book in hand, especially at the beach, and she is a firm believer that everyone looks good in PIMS Green! Previously, Ayla has held leadership roles in sales & client services, as well as operations.

Mike Ryan is our Chief Sales & Networking Officer, responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s sales efforts, including developing and executing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.  Having been with PIMS since 1989, Mike has had the opportunity to be a part of our continued growth and development of our core values since the company’s inception.  Mike attended SUNY Brockport and currently resides in Mahopac, NY.

Jumana Mordaga is the Account Director of Client Services. She works very closely with the account team by overseeing their day-to-day management of accounts as well as building and nurturing client relationships. Jumana attended Rutgers University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Psychology. She has over 12 years of client management experience and has been with PIMS INC for almost 6 years. Outside of work, Jumana enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, & pilates.

Don McNeil is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the field of human resources, driven by a passion to cultivate success for both the people working at PIMS and the company. Don has an impressive educational background in HR  Management, a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an MBA from Rutgers Business School with concentrations in Global Business, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, Don finds joy in the great outdoors, indulging in activities such as downhill mountain biking, snow skiing, birding, kayaking, and investing.

With over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and advertising, Anthony Mazzarella is a seasoned executive who leads with passion, vision, and innovation. Prior to coming over to PIMS, Anthony was the Vice President of Analytics and Advertising at Boldyn/Transit Wireless, a leading provider of connectivity infrastructure and services for transit systems, municipalities, and enterprises. He is adept at building and maintaining strong business relationships, negotiating win-win deals, and delivering effective and creative solutions to complex challenges. Anthony has a proven track record of driving organizational profit and growth, as well as enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. He is also a collaborative and engaging leader who empowers his team to achieve excellence and success.
